TOP FLOOR PRODUCTIONS

I have only just discovered Chris Marquardt's bad news. Chris hosts the photo tips podcast - Tips From the Top Floor. Unfortunately Chris's new studio was burgled last week, a lot of expensive equipment was stolen. We're thinking of you Chris in your hour of need, and anything SKYsNEWS can do? Let's just hope everything is sorted out at Top Floor Productions soon, good luck Chris.

I, on the other hand stayed in today. I got back into my workout programme, which was okay. I also continued laboriously on with the usual everyday crap. I'm out country-side tomorrow thankfuly. I just hope the weather stays dry, not that there's any reason it shouldn't I'll head out that way anyway, unless there's some kind of freak storm of course. The temperature has dropped by about ten degrees celsius overnight. Sun and a temperature of twenty one degrees celsius is forecast for tomorrow, with average humidity and a bit of a breeze, so it looks a perfect day for outdoor pursuits.

My mom called in to see me on her way to pick my dad up from the train station. I think they were calling at my Sister's on the way home.

I ate a very healthy m
eal tonight, (self-catered.) poached cod fillet, pasta and veg, parsley and chalotes. I had the same on Wednesday but with new potatoes instead of pasta. Both were delicous.
