The weather today wasn't too bad, but not the pretty picture I painted yesterday in mine and other's sorry forecasts. There was little sun, it was overcast and not twenty one degrees. Another difference was the wind - it was a lot wilder than I thought it would be.
I didn't make it county-side, but not due to meteorological conditions, but due to unauthorised overfrafts. I swoke up this morning to find myself in the red. After a large withdrawl by myself two days ago, withdrawn, once financial analysis had given me the green light. But my bank statement
read differently this morning. The banks close early on a Saturday, the one I use do anyway, so by the time I had gotten ready, gotten myself organised to collect some money to cover the overdraft, walked out for the bus, waited for the bus and and the bus journey, my bank was shut. Post Offices too. But I won't get into that debate. Luckily I could deposit it at the ATM. Two busineses that I pay bills to were meant to debit my account early August, they chose July. when I know I will have sufficient funds available to pay them, that is why we agreed on early August, I can see how the mix up occured, but they will refer to the date of each month or date of the quartely we agreed on. One of them is my telephone service provider, who I've just switched to. Three days ago, when calling them, this was one of the points I queried, when would they take the first debit -August was the answer - if only I had some recorded evidence.(Not that I could use it legally of course, but , just to prove my innocence to the doubters.)
I could kick up a fuss with them, but I wasted a hell of a lot of time with my last provider (who are known for incompitance) to be bothered going on that ride again?
the following audio was fine, but the publishing process has slowed my voice down
