SUMMERTIME

June 21
It's officially summertime as the summer solstice came and went.

June 23
I started the day with a workout. I then had an appointment at the Dentist (Ah!!!) Which I came out of okay.
I popped over to a local, very large, retail park to price the medicine balls at the sports shops that are over there. Didn't really have time to window shop in any of the other outlets, or stop for coffee at Starbucks or Macdonalds.
I visited my folks, stayed for a snack before stopping at the local supermarket to top up my pantry. I then headed home. (and hibenated for the next week)

Sat June 24
Took a walk in my local park. I had been in watching the world cup, and I definitely needed to get out, I found a bench where I sat and chilled for half an hour. I set off to head home but decided to take a left turn into another high-end estate, I usually don't have time to head that way but I wanted to investigate if the wetlands that went into that area from the park were accessible, I didn't really find that out, the weather had become rainy and dull when I was in the park, and hadn't improved, so I headed home.

Sun June 25
There was no workout scheduled today. The day was a little slow and I didn't get out for a walk. I sat and watched a world cup game. Spotted a kestrel from my kitchen window, I watched it fly past and rest upon a lampost over the road. A Rook took roost in the courtyard.

Today, Mon June 26
Another slow day, mainly because yesterday and today I've been feeling very drousy and finding it hard to shake it off. I sat and watched a world cup game and then had a workout and then a bath. The British broadcasters still have no sense of occasion and can not judge a situation, instead use slanderous accusations of cheating, even when 99%, let's face it, it isn't. It's just a case of xenophobic x-pro's giving players unfair reps they don't deserve, I don't blame the commentators, they haven't a clue, and just agree with anything the x-pro's say, the only problem there is, they are now infected with this attitude and spread it themselves, which is them admitting they don't understand the game, only the x-pros unfair version of it.
