Following a day in yesterday I knew today was a chance for me to get some fresh country air and take in some of the sights, maybe see things I missed on my previous jaunt.
It was a beautiful day, sunny and the temperature was a warm 20 celcious, it appeared logical to head outside.
Is it advisable to pick up sticks in the wild, I mean fallen branches? I needed the use of one on my last couple of outings, I of course erred on the side of caution and did not touch, I could do without picking up some kind of virus, not that I would, I've picked up strong "walking" branches plenty of times in the past, but I suppose with certain things in the news these days it's making us all a little more aware. Or am I just being an ass? Anyway, nothing was going to stop me from enjoying today.
The Pasture grass seemed to have grown another foot tall since last week, when I was last here. Spring has well and truly kicked in, and all about is green and peacful.
I didn't walk as far as last time, instead I stopped and sat down on a grassy verge, laid back and soacked up the sun, bird song and kept an eye out for the peacock buttterfly I was trying to film.
Along the route I got some good photos of plant life.
