OFF THE BEATEN TRACK

A glorious day to be outside today, although there was a north-easterly nip in the breeze, more windy then breezy, that took the summer out of spring, what?

I took the opportunity to pack my camera, and head off i
nto the countryside, which is just what I needed to clear the cobwebs away - or clear my head of overwhelming crap, anyway!
I took a different path today, which took me further into the country which was nice and more importantly - further away from the prying eyes of suberbia.
Rabbit holes and butterflies awaited my interest,
saw plenty of butterflies but no sign of our long eared friends, not that I was really looking out for them, I was just concentrating on orienteering.
