BACK ON TRACK

It's Monday - and we are back on track - thank-goodness! Iain Lee is back on the radio, I'm finally listening to the podcast of it, and everything seems normal again - from this evening anyway.
The weekend just seemed so empty - searching for acceptable podcasts in between work was no picnic. But the weekend did have its moments - in small doses - very small.

It's another glorious sunny day, a great day to go out, I rang my folks to see if they wanted any help with the shopping, I needed a big shop, which I can only do when I have transport. Its mainly for the company and secondry to save my back from severe stress.
I managed to get a short workout in before heading out. Of course there was a lot more other stuff to do before I finally got out.




I spotted a long-tailed tit whilst I was out, but I didn't take my camera out with me, so missed the opportunity to capture it, It was a shopping trip, the time I had wasn't up to me, so I knew I would'nt have time to stop somewhere scenic for picture taking. I've only ever seen a long-tailed tit in my back yard once - a few years ago, I got it on camera, but it was mainly camouflarged, so the pic wasn't great.

I haven't had much blogging time recently, or rather - I haven't had the time to blog as much as I'd like, to catch up on issues I care about, but nothing too heavy - that's boring. I'll try and publish more sport and entertainment reviews amongst other things.
