SUNDAY

Another beautiful day. I was going to stay in following yesterday's gruelling workload, but the sun enticed me to head out, and maybe try and spot the grey heron form yesterday, and hopefully its mate.

Following breakfast, I decided to 'workout' before heading out, just basic stretches, and a little weights work.
I did much more than I anticipated in the workout, but I'm at a stage where I've been easing myself back into regular gym work, so today became the day I got somewhere near an acceptable workout, by the time I'd finished, the sun had gone in and that influenced my decision not to venture out. Besides, the busy day yesterday and the full body workout - I needed the rest - well, nothing too physically stressful anyway, my body needed time to recover, I'll give it a day.
following a long soak , I got on with a few chores.

Congratulations to my sister Angela who became a branch manager for the bank whom she works for, following a successful interview.
