ROAD RAGE

Had to make a visit to my medical centre yesterday to have some blood taken. I may have given blood before reaching the medical centre if the road rage situation I was involved in had developed any further, I won't say any more than "I wish I'd had a change of pants". But I made my date with fate and both unpleasent experiances are behind me. Called in to see my Nana, she seemed ok. After being fed and watered I headed up to see my folks, and gave a few computer tips to my mum. I stayed for a few hours then headed home. I left the housework, as I felt nautious and very, very tired - post traumatic stress had kicked in, so the rest of the evening was redundent as far as work was concerned. I sat and watched the soccer on the tv, and watched the US Supernatural drama 'Medium' which I've been enjoying since it was aired here in the UK.
Snapped this female blackbird earlier today, it was just sitting there resting for ten minutes. The other photo is of 'Captain Cook Monument', I took that one whilst out walking near to where I live.
This is my only post I've published today, it is a day late. look out for another post on the subject of 'Diving' that I started yesterday, but have not had the time to finish.
