RELAX?!

Attention to all Podcasters out there, could you tailor you're shows to go out on the weekend - please?! :)
Yes that's right another boring weekend, it's Sunday evening and it's been anything but exciting, maybe its the weather? There's no maybe about it; IT'S THE WEATHER! Trapped insided cowering away from it, thank goodness I got my supplies yesterday, the temperature dropped even further.
The gulls gathered well in-land to escape the coasts harsher climate.





Had a workout late morning and tried to relax for a couple of hours, of course you only really relax for 10 mins - half an hour if you're lucky. prep work - setting the mood, then clearing away afterward use up the rest of your allotted time, there could possibly have been a little grooming session in there but I'm not saying there was.






Spotted a Long tailed tit this afternoon in my back yard - a rare sight in my back yard.
It was not sitting still when asked to pose for the camera - it was a very fleeting visit - hence its fidgity persona.


I'll say a fond farewell to my Father who is off to London in the morning then on to Cairo a few days following. His employers have lined up some work over there for him. See you when you get back dad.
