EFFERVESCENT ATMOSPHERE

Ah, Saturday morning - chance for a bit of a lay-in, of which I took full
advantage of, and no I didn't have a St Patrick's Day hangover
Spent a long time pottering about aimlessley.

There was plenty of activity in my backyard - bird-wise - there has begun an effervescent atmosphere recently...
the pair of Sparrows were around, I think the female is being persued by
another male. A Wood Pidgeon dropped in which is rare, sure, they are
widespread around here, I see them every day, but not very often in my back yard . Collecting grounded twigs for nesting purposes I presume or maybe a gift for a female, to prove his virility above any other fancier (excuse the pun). do pidgeons do that, some birds do right?

Said So-long To my sister and mother who were travelling down to London
today to see the Musical 'SINATRA', I hope they have fun and enjoy the show.

Sport - MELBOURNE 2006 Commonwealth Games - Table Tennis
Nigeria have booked their place at the quarter finals in the Womens Table Tennis by beating England 3.1. Australia and New Zealand were others to qualify through
In the mens - India had a solid win over Ghana on day 3.
