BOILER

Continued to tidy up ahead of the workmen coming to service my boiler, they needed access and room to move, not once was I thinking one might be female (I'm being sarcastic, of course I did, I wouldn't tidy up for men, or am I just "bothered what people think" no matter what sex?) I'm single at the moment and I have to make myself attractive - don't I? if I want to find a partner, right? that's a female partner, just to reiterate - that's a female partner.

The workmen were astonished to find that they were given a whole conversion kit to fit into the boiler system. They had to replace more than just the rotting seals, which they thought they were there to do. A 40 minute job turned into a 4 hour job, great!
They finished up and the leak had definetly stopped.

The sun was out for some of the day for a change - this time of year.
some birds came into the yard following the rain stopping and the sun showing itself. I caught a glimpse of that Long Tailed Tit I a dunnock singing in the sunsaw the other day, it didn't stay around long enough to get much of a camera shot of it, it may have been there for ages, but when I looked out of the kitchen window it was just getting ready to take off.


Sport - Soccer
Congratulations to the English Premier League club Middlesbrough for making it through to the Quarter Finals of the Eufa cup match tonight. Middlesbrough got past Roma who have years of European pedigree, so I suppose it was a tough opponent. but if you look at the big names, and quality in depth of the Middlesbrough squad then some would say they should be getting through to the next stage no matter what the opposition.
