Harvested…
On my trail past the reap of this years crop, and under the bellows of machine noise and fumes that clouded my path I probably caught a breath of wheat particles, as the machine churned it from the land. Despite all this there was wildlife to be seen…


Songbirds…
A natural trip unintended did bring some fare, but not much, the odd silhouetted songbird in flight, made it difficult to id.

Butterflies…
I’m sure I spotted a Red Admiral, although I can’t be too certain about that. Haven’t seen one since 2006.

Dragonflies…
Yes, Plural, two to be precise in different locations, the first hung around the spot where I was standing for quite a while, and I got a pretty good view and actually captured some on film, although not too great, but if only to document my sighting then fine.
