After much deliberation, I decided to head out for a stroll today. And after more deliberation on whether to meander over to my local DIY outlet, to purchase some gear, or make a beeline for the fresh openness of farmland. The latter won hands down, and made my mind up. And would dictate the type of media I'd be bringing home with me…
I managed to take a few photos, Tits and Chaffinch, but the quality was compromised a little by unsteady footing.
As I past a cluster of trees on the way home, my head was turned by a species of tree whose shoots from a distance resembled raindrops (illuminated by the sun) hanging from the ends of the branches . On closer inspection they looked more like snowdrops…


Acorn 23 is finished and almost ready for publication, a smidgen of snagging needs to be effected, before it can be classed worthy enough to publish.
