I meant to post yesterday when I got in from my walk, but had other work to do.
My walk took me to my local park, on a glorious Spring day, apart from the chill in the wind that is, apart from that... marvelous.
I took some pics, not as many as I had hoped for, what with people around and stuff, the nerve of them, being around. Seriously though, it can get a little nerve racking, getting your camera out in public, but you just have to be professional and get the footage you came for,, as well as taking in the scenery, ducks coming into land in the large pond at the end of the brook. moorhen and other assortments of waterbirds as well as difficult to spot amongst the large and many trees, tits, woodpeckers. I could here a woodpecker real close, but it was awkwald to get to a good vantage point. Didn't spot any frogspawn, tadpoles or frogs, but then I didn't really get a chance to have a good investigation.
Recognise this month? I watched it fly on to my window yesterday, it was unusual, but there are daytime moths believ it or not, but is this a daytime moth? it was still there hours later. let me know the i.d of this little fella, (not so little actually).

Long-Tailed-Tits, shot yesterday, know for their fidgety mannerism, hence questionable quality photos, but that's not what it was about, I managed to spot them, surely kudos points for that? to get them on camera at all surely merits some kind of praise, but I'm not bothered, I was thrilled just to be there, the natural world surely is beautiful, and with Spring and Summer to come, it's just gonna' get better and better. If you haven't noticed before then please do - the meadows of wild flowers is breathtaking
, tell me what you think.
