I finally managed to get out into the countryside which I did on Wednesday , as I said I would in my last entry. I think it's roughly a month since my last visit there, I'm not sure, it could be longer. I didn't manage to get too much media content, which I suppose is expected this time of year, not to say there isn't anything to extract footage from, there is, but not in the abundance that the spring and more so the summer afford. The path I take is good that time of year, but a round trip of at least five miles is enough without the extra stress of waiting around for wildlife appearance, I'm not fit enough yet, at this stage personally it's about getting my fitness and stamina levels raised.
I'm hoping to reach further afield, maybe a reserve or local wetlands, I know there is a local seal population located at the Seal Sands Reserve, among a diversity of other species of wildlife.

Don't forget to feed the birds this winter, this is the time of year when they really need your help

Show 13 will be out soon, it's currently in production.
