TALES FROM THE RIVERBANK

I meant to post late last evening but Blogger was down for maintenance when I tried. I had excused myself from the Chubb Creek chat room "to go work on and publish my latest entry". or "update my blog" I think was my actual excuse, I mean reason for leaving, but sounds now like an excuse just to leave - believable (at the time), yet "interesting that you have no post for yesterday."
Anyway, it was great to chat with Dave from the show.

the content on skysnews lately has been a little thin, not much media to keep you entertained. Anyone "Checking-it-out" for the first time, I expect will be very unimpressed, the audio stinks (at the moment (it's a time restriction thing) ), and well, as a whole a big dissapointment, to you , to me and to all (que a skit - but I won't) c?! And for this I can only apologise, what?
Sorry about that unbearable commentary.

I drove over to a neighbouring small town today, had a short strole by the riverside and took some photos, spotted a family of Swifts flying high above, a brief glimpse of an unidentifyable bird of prey, and a couple of Moorhens. I wasn't there very long, just a fleeting visit, If I could have stayed a few hours longer, then I would have a few movies to upload to skysnews, maybe next time.

MOORHENS one two
