At last a consistantly sunny day...
It was beautiful!, so of course there was only one thing on my mind to do - GET OUT!, no shopping! no appointments! Just plain and pure FREEDOM! The fresh air and the countyside and no one to bother me.
Getting ready was a bit of a task, but worth it for the freedom it would afford me. (Yes, I realise the irony - I'm still imprisoned (Getting ready) by societys expectations of how I should look - ergo - not free. But it felt free once that fresh air hit my face, and not once did I think about how my hair must look (and how it would negate any positive energy and attractive quilities emiting from the co-ordinated gear I had on) after I had experienced the strong winds in the open countryside.
Once I got into the countryside I took a deep breath as I took in what I'd been missing recently.
I then continued on with my walk, with the overlooking housing it was once again awkward to set up my camera, or even just put it up to my eye, which was a shame as I spotted a pair of Long-Tailed Tits.
I failed to find a sheltered spot to photograph the birds.
I eventually found myself at the location where I spotted the Grey Heron, (see flickr for 'Grey Heron Story')on the 6th and 16th of this month, but no luck; it was not to be seen.)
Once home I had dinner, 'tea' - for UK readers.
The name of the dish was Tuna Nicoise pasta. Accomponying the dish were spanish cherry tomatoes, baby leaf spinach, green beans and black olives, served with a tomato and Balsamic vinegar dressing. It was a very good meal, not the tastiest, but swilled down with a nice red - the business.
The rest of the evening just fizzled out with blogging, surfing and researching.
see you tomorrow.
